The Golden Links on the following PAGE are designed as a starting point for finding information or help. They are geared mostly towards being useful for people facing problems which tend to happen more as people get older, although people can face them at any time.
If you are a young Carer looking after someone who is ill or has a mental health problem, there are links too on the PAGE or you find 'Young Carers' information on a Search Engine like Google or Yahoo.
Libraries and Citizens Advice Bureaux hold information about local and general resources. Most of the Websites mentioned have plenty of other links that may be of interest generally, or specifically to your situation.
When people are worried about something in their own lives, or about someone else, it can be hard to know where to start, and that is the reason for these Pages.
